Sessions are aimed at resolving chronic pain and injuries, using a mix of neurological and kinesiology based bodywork techniques that use manual muscle testing to determine where the problem is stemming from reflexively, what the muscular compensation patterns are, and then follows more traditional techniques such as trigger point, deep tissue, scar work and myofascial work to return the body to a balanced state.
